Leading DC fast-charging technology

On June 3, 2024, the Grid Modernization Research Centre of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (HK PolyU) was officially inaugurated. At the same ceremony, HK PolyU and Autosun, the parent company of DiMCO, jointly unveiled the HK PolyU-Autosun Joint Laboratory for Sustainable PowerTech Research in Modern Grid.

The Joint Laboratory aims to advance research and innovation in next-generation power technologies, with a focus on electric vehicle charging technologies, intelligent microgrids, advanced energy storage systems, and safety and health monitoring solutions for power equipment.

By combining academic excellence with industry expertise, the Joint Laboratory will promote interdisciplinary research and accelerate the development and demonstration of cutting-edge grid and sustainable energy technologies. The collaboration seeks to contribute to the realization of safer, more resilient, and sustainable power and energy systems for the future.
